Gate Photos - Six Flags Discovery Kingdom
Holiday in the Park at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom was billed as “A Six Flags Family Tradition”. Zaira and I both found this rather humorous as 2007 was the first year it was ever held. But that doesn’t mean we didn’t appreciate the spirit of the season - or the nifty new digital frames they created.
The truly observant reader will notice that I’m somehow wearing a Holiday In The Park t-shirt in my entry photo to the park that day. I’ll leave it to the comment section for y’all to figure out how I pulled that off. Since we were unaware of the holiday digital frames our primary purpose for visiting Discovery Kingdom that day was to see the World’s Biggest Christmas Tree which they had trucked in from Oregon. The original plan was for us to exchange gifts under the tree, but Z managed to work her way out of a gift this year. Perhaps in 2008 we can extend the ‘tradition’.
