Cobra - Six Flags Discovery Kingdom

Cobra was both our first ride and our first Six Flags ride picture. Basically, the line for Medusa was too long to wait for our first ride, Kong was being worked on, and we were itching to ride something. Cobra’s what I’d classify as a family coaster. It’s basically a bumpy oval with no real excitement, but the cars are big enough for an adult and a kid to ride together. I think this was actually the first ride we went on just because it had a picture. Unless that’s why we rode Sea Serpent at the Boardwalk (I don’t recall).

This was definitely the day our collection took off, though. The hunt for photo booths began in earnest and the fact that the Kong booth was closed all day was a major irritant.

I’m not sure if the Cobra pictures ever have any sort of digital frame on them (I’ll have to check next time we’re at the park), but none of the Six Flags ride photos come in actual cardboard frames, just in a Six Flags photo folder.
