Amusement Park Ride Photos

As part of the “Rock Both Parks” promotion which ran from January 3 through mid-May 2007, Disney transformed two of their rides into “Rockin’” versions by adding a soundtrack by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Thus, for a few months, Space Mountain at Disneyland became Rockin’ Space Mountain. In addition to the soundtrack change the ride was run with the lights on giving it a totally different feel and, thus, the need for a different digital frame for Space Mountain ride photos.

Obviously that first photo is one of the screen in the photo booth itself. Here’s a clearer picture, although the riders went ahead and added their own “word bubbles” after the fact, obscuring some of the details.

The other ride to be given the soundtrack was California Screamin’ at Disney’s California Adventure.
