Policy Pond Saw Mill – Canobie Lake Park
The Policy Pond Sawmill is consistently rated one of the best log flumes in North America. In fact, ThemeParkCritic.com has it ranked as the #200 ride, period as of this writing. Pretty impressive. That should make Zaira pretty happy as she’s a fan of log rides and I’m planning on moving to New Hampshire in 2014. All I know for sure is that the guy in this picture seems to be having a great time.
According to CanobieFan.com-
This ride almost always has a long, slow-moving line, but it’s a very fun ride. It has two drops, the last one being the tallest. You don’t get that wet on the ride, just a small splash and some drops of water. But hey, it’s something you can do as a family. The ride goes around some trees and has a tunnel; also, the station for the ride was made from the same trees that the park had to cut down to make the ride. Cool, huh….
I think the bit about the station is pretty awesome, myself.
