Amusement Park Ride Photos

Like most kids, Zaira is a fan of log flumes and water rides. Like most curmudgeons, I am not. However, this was Z’s day so I gave in to her desire to ride Logger’s Revenge, the log ride at the Santa Cruz Boardwalk.

We originally bought the photo because I told Z it would be the last chance she had to see me on a water ride. Boy was I wrong. Now our standard deal is simple – I’ll only get wet on a ride if it has a ride photo – otherwise, Zaira rides alone.

Like all of the Boardwalk ride photos the Logger’s Revenge picture comes in a custom frame. I’m not sure why I just scanned the photo in this case. Also of note is that the date and time are hard coded along the edge of the photo.
