Amusement Park Ride Photos

I’m actually not sure if this new digital frame was introduced in 2005 or 2006, but apparently it’s here to stay.

Gone are the classic stylings used on the digital frame for the first three (or four) years of California Screamin’ photos that really seemed to capture the theming of Paradise Pier, Disney’s California Adventure, and the ride itself.

Instead they’ve been replaced with this very cartoony (and rather horrid, in my opinion) animated style. It would be just fine if they were to stylize the photograph itself to look animated, but as it is, the photo simply looks clipped and jammed in to the cartoon imagery.
